A southern Iowa man is facing a murder charge related to the death and disappearance of a Grant County woman. Officials with the Polk County Sheriff’s Department have charged 46-year-old James Shiloh Klever of Mt Ayr with 1st-degree murder for killing 30-year-old Rachel Reuter of Cassville. Reuter was reported missing in mid-June. Investigators believe she was killed at a home in Bondurant (Iowa) – although her remains have not been found. Klever is being held in the Polk County Jail on a $1-million dollar cash bond. Authorities say this is an ongoing and active investigation.
