A Boscobel man was arrested recently in connection with a drive-by shooting in Holmen. According to Holmen Police, 31-year-old Wesley Dollar was arrested by the Grant County Sheriff’s Office on charges of attempted homicide and violating his probation. The shooting happened around 4:30 Saturday evening. Investigators say someone along Cliffview Drive fired a round into a residence. A person inside received minor injuries. Officials say that this is an ongoing investigation with the possibility of more charges. Dollar was convicted this fall for disorderly conduct with a dangerous weapon. He has previous convictions of battery, possession of narcotic drugs, disorderly conduct and possession of THC.
