Two people were arrested for a disturbance on South Main Street in Edmund that began with a 911 hang up call. According to the Iowa County Sheriff’s department, 19 year old Nicole Meudt of Edmund was arrested for Domestic Disorderly Conduct and Domestic Battery around 7:30pm Wednesday. Meudt was taken to the Iowa County Jail where she was booked on her charges and later released after posting a cash bond. 18 year old Hunter Thornton of Edmund was also arrested for Domestic Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Damage to Property. Thornton was taken to the Iowa County Jail where he remains in custody pending a bond hearing.
