Deputies with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s department responded to Dawn Vista in the Village of Belmont Thursday around 5:15pm for suspicious activity. After an investigation, deputies arrested 27 year old Emilio Hernandez of Belmont for Burglary and Trespassing. Hernandez was taken to the Lafayette County Jail where he remains in custody.
