Six Chain Saws Stolen

Grant County authorities are asking for the public’s help after six chainsaws were stolen from a Montfort business. According to a sheriff’s report, sometime late Sunday or early Monday, a bucket truck owned by Lonepine Tree Service was broken into. The person or persons cut the locks and made their way into the storage compartment of the truck. Officials say 6 Stihl chain-saws were stolen from the vehicle. Anyone with information about this theft should contact the Grant County Sheriff’s Department.
