A man from Ridgeway was arrested on OWI charges by Lafayette County authorities Thursday around 7:45pm. 48 year old Ryan Deckert of Ridgeway was arrested for his 2nd offense of Operating While Intoxicated and Operating without a License on Highway 151 in Belmont. Deckert’s passenger, 44 year old Katherine Deckert of Ridgeway was cited for Possession of Open Intoxicants. Both persons were released to a responsible party.
