Mineral Point Infant Death Being Investigated

Few details have been released as an investigation is ongoing into the death of a Mineral Point infant. Multiple state agencies are working with the Mineral Point Police Department on the case. Authorities say the 4-month-old was initially taken to Upland Hills Health in Dodgeville, and was later flown to UW Hospital in Madison – where he died March 1st. So far, police have not released details about how the child died or if there are any possible charges pending.
