Man Hit By Train In Dubuque

Dubuque Police say a man is dead after being hit by a train. According to a release, officials responded about noon Thursday to the East 11th and Elm Street railroad crossing. Officers say an adult male was pronounced dead at the scene. No foul play is suspected. Authorities say they will release the name of the deceased man after notifying next of kin.
