Two people were arrested after the Iowa County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a stolen truck that was found in an alley in Avoca around 7am Thursday. Iowa County Deputies and the Avoca Police Department executed a search warrant for an address on Williams Street. As a result, 41 year old Bill Toney Jr., of Avoca was arrested on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place, and Felony Bail Jumping. 28 year old Mackenzie Frydenlund of Arena was arrested on charges of Operating a Vehicle without Consent, Theft, Felony Bail Jumping, and a Probation Violation. Toney and Frydenlund were taken to the Iowa County Jail and booked on their charges and remain in custody.
