Senator Howard Marklein of Spring Green says he’s upset over a move by Governor Tony Evers that took money from rural Wisconsin. Marklein responded to the governor’s veto of a bill to improve the Rural Broadband Expansion Grant program. It was designed to target communities that don’t have any federal investments in broadband.
