Woman Arrested On 3rd OWI Charge in Lafayette County

A woman from Darlington is facing charges for a 3rd offense of Operating While Intoxicated. A deputy with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department responded to County Highway F in Seymour Township for a welfare check just after 4pm Sunday. As a result, 57 year old Kathy Thuli of Darlington, was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated – 3rd Offense. Thuli was taken to the Lafayette County Jail where she was booked and later released to a responsible party. Lafayette County EMS and Darlington Police Department assisted at the scene.
