A 17-year-old Hillsboro High School student was arrested and charged with felony assault last week. According to a release from Hillsboro Police, a video shows the 17-year-old punching a 15-year-old student in the back of the head. The 17-year-old then grabbed and threw the 15-year-old down on the floor, striking their head on the concrete. As a result, the 15-year-old student was taken to the hospital for a head injury. The 17-year-old student faces felony assault charges.
