Arena Man Arrested For 4th OWI

A man from Arena was arrested for his 4th offense of Operating While Intoxicated following an investigation of a vehicle being taken Sunday around 2:30pm. Arena Police and an Iowa County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested 45 year old Seth Moore of Arena after a caller reported a vehicle was taken, but Moore returned with the vehicle while the caller was on the phone with law enforcement. Moore was also arrested for Operating While Revoked, Failure to Install an Ignition Interlock Device, and a Probation Hold. Moore was taken to the Iowa County Jail where he was booked on his charges.
