There was a one vehicle crash at Borah Road and Whitcomb Lane near Lancaster Thursday around 5pm. According to the Grant County Sheriff’s department, 25 year old Aaron Wiskus of Fennimore was traveling north on Borah Road when he lost control of his vehicle while negotiating a curve in the roadway in the snow, slush, and ice covered roadway. Wiskus’ vehicle ran off of the roadway to the right traveling into the ditch and striking a barbed wire fence. Wiskus’ vehicle continued through the barbed wire fence into a pasture, and traveled down an embankment before coming to a rest in a creek. There were no injuries reported. The vehicle was removed from the scene by Arrow Towing.
