UW-Platteville is gearing up to host a four-day construction safety summit this month in Dubuque. The inaugural Construction Safety Summit will take place March 27th through 30th at the Grand River Center in Dubuque. The event will include opportunities for networking, certifications, continuing education credits and hands-on activities. Throughout the week, attendees can choose from more than 20 sessions ranging from topics on crane operations, insurance programs and rigging safety to safety leadership for supervisors. All proceeds will go toward UW-Platteville’s hands-on learning labs for students. Registration and scheduling information is available at uwplatt.edu/css.
