A man from Platteville was arrested and his passenger was cited following a traffic stop in Darlington. 21 year old Ryan Luce was arrested Wednesday around 7:50pm for OWI following a traffic stop on County Shop Road. Luce was also cited for operating while suspended and failing to have a passenger seat belted. Luce’s 16 year-old passenger, also of Platteville, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and underage possession of tobacco.
