Police said one person was injured in a two-vehicle crash Saturday in Dubuque. 35 year old Kelly White of Dubuque, was transported by ambulance to MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center for treatment of her injuries. Police said White was traveling east on University Avenue at 5:40p.m. when a vehicle driven westbound on University by 20 year old Amiya Rodgers-Shumaker of Dubuque, turned in front of White’s vehicle to head south on Wilson Avenue, causing the vehicles to collide. Rodgers-Shumaker was cited with failure to yield upon making a left turn.
