Police said two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash Monday in Dubuque. 34 year old Anne Schreyer and an infant passenger, both of Dubuque, both were transported by ambulance for treatment of their injuries. Police said a vehicle driven by 35 year old Michael Wagner of Maquoketa, Iowa, was traveling east on Asbury Road at 8:00 a.m. when his vehicle failed to stop at the red light at the intersection with Northwest Arterial. Wagner’s vehicle broadsided the Schreyer vehicle, which was traveling north on Northwest Arterial. Wagner was cited with failure to respond to a steady red light and failure to provide proof of financial liability.
