Turnout for Tuesday’s Wisconsin Supreme Court election won by Milwaukee County Judge Janet Protasiewicz is a record-breaker. Officials say 36% of eligible voters had already come to the polls with more than 10% of votes yet to be counted. That turnout tops the 34% of state voters who came out for the 2011 Supreme Court election which Justice David Prosser won.
