The Grant County Sheriff’s department responded to a two vehicle head-on crash on Highway 80 at Hillside Cemetery Road Sunday around 1:15am. 22 year old Bryce Keleher of Platteville was traveling north on Highway 80 when he crossed the center line, striking a Southwest Health ambulance head on. The ambulance was driven by 22 year old Colton Klemm of Browntown, who was traveling south on Highway 80. 24 year old Justin Leeser of Benton was a passenger in the ambulance. The ambulance did not have a patient on board. Keleher was taken into custody on suspicion of Operating While Under the Influence. Keleher was also cited for operating left of center. No injuries were reported as a result of the crash. The Grant County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by the Platteville Police Department, Platteville Fire Department, and Southwest Health EMS.
