Meteorologists report that Dubuque officially received 2.4 inches of snow overnight, while higher amounts fell in northern parts of the tri-state area. According to the National Weather Service, Dubuque’s official snowfall total was recorded at the Dubuque Regional Airport. The snow marked a dramatic shift in local weather conditions. Just this past Friday, Dubuque had high temperatures in the 80s. Platteville had 4 inches of snow as of 7am this morning. Other snowfall amounts included 3.4 inches at Manchester; 2.1 inches at Elizabeth, and 2 inches in Bellevue. This snow won’t be around very long. A high of 52 is expected tomorrow.
