Prairie du Sac Meat Market Recalls Some Products

Prem Meats, a meat market and retail store in Prairie du Sac, issued a Class I recall Monday for some of the packaged pork and beef products sold at its store. The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection announced the recall, which affects products with a mark of inspection with establishment No. 793. The recall includes: Bacon wrapped pork loin, Bacon wrapped beef tenderloin, and Pork squealers. All are sold in vacuum-sealed packages. DATCP said the recall was issued after evidence showed the products were produced without an approved formula and without the benefit of inspection. No illnesses have been reported in connection with this specific recall.
