Argyle Man Charged With Trespassing

Deputies with the Green County Sheriff’s Department responded to a residence in the Town of Jordan for a trespassing complaint Tuesday around midnight. An investigation resulted in 42 year old Austin Penniston of Argyle being arrested for a Felony Warrant through the Department of Corrections. Penniston was also charged with Criminal Trespass to a Dwelling. Penniston was taken to the Green County Jail pending court. The Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene.
