Arraignment Hearing For Cassville Woman For Motor Vehicle Death

An arraignment hearing has been set for a Cassville woman charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle for an accident last month in Grant County which took the life of 52-year old Gerald Duckett. According to reports, 33 year old Erin Ruberg will enter a plea to the charges against her on July 24th in Grant County District Court. The accident occurred on June 8th at the intersection of Highway 81 and Settlement Road.  Ruberg reportedly pulled out from a stop sign into the path of the other vehicle driven by Duckett.  During an investigation it was determined Ruberg was driving while impaired and she was arrested and charged.
