Two people were injured in a three-vehicle crash Monday in Dubuque. Police say 83 year old Joanne Kirschbaum of Platteville was taken by ambulance to UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital for treatment of her injuries, and 70 year old Jan Buman of Galena was taken by ambulance to MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center for treatment of her injuries. Police say Buman’s vehicle and a vehicle driven by 59 year old Kenneth Palm of Dubuque were traveling north on Wacker Drive at 10:18 a.m. Monday when Kirschbaum’s vehicle, driving east on Dodge Street, ran the red light at Wacker and struck both the Buman and Palm vehicles. Palm did not report any injuries. Kirschbaum was cited with failure to respond to a steady red signal.
