Structure Fire Leads To Charges and Arrest of Dodgeville Man

Iowa County authorities received a report of a structure fire on East Merrimac Street in the City of Dodgeville Tuesday just before 11:30pm. Dodgeville Fire, Dodgeville EMS, Dodgeville Police and the Iowa County Sheriff’s department responded to the scene. As a result of the fire, 30 year old Andrew Reynolds of Dodgeville was arrested for Domestic Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Damage to Property, 1st Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety – 3 counts, and Arson of a Building without the Owner’s Consent, as well as a probation hold through the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. Reynolds was taken to the Iowa County Jail where he was booked and remains in custody.
