City of Dubuque health services officials are seeking information about a dog that bit an adult male jogger Thursday. The incident happened about 9:45 a.m. in the 300 block of North Grandview Avenue near Bennett Street and West Third. The dog is described as 60 pounds, unknown breed, brown in color. The person walking the dog was an adult White female with long brown hair, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall. The health services department needs to identify the dog to verify its health status and vaccination history.
