A Dubuque woman has been sentenced to two years of probation for her role in an incident in which police said a group entered a Dubuque Hempstead High School after a fight between two students. 25 year old Vivian Grayson received a deferred judgment in Iowa District Court of Dubuque County after pleading guilty to a charge of unlawful assembly. With a deferred judgment, if probation and payment obligations successfully are completed, the record of the case is expunged. 39 year old Monica Grayson of Dubuque eventually drove onto school property and picked up the people involved in the incident.
