Kwik Trip outage update

Many of Kwik Trip’s internal systems are back online following weeklong service issues, however the Kwik Rewards Program remains offline. In a Facebook post, Kwik Trip said it is working with a third party to investigate whether any customers’ personal sensitive data was leaked. The hope is for the investigation to conclude in the coming days. The outage caused many frequent customers to miss out on benefits from swiping their Kwik Rewards card. The company said they are working on a plan to make up for those missed swipes and more information will be released shortly. Kwik Rewards plus Credit and Debit cards are back online and members should expect to receive in-store and fuel discounts to be awarded in statement credit when systems are fully back online.
