One Vehicle Accident in Lafayette County

The Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department is reporting a one-vehicle accident Saturday around 12:15am. 57 year old Scott Stamm of Mineral Point was traveling on English Hollow Road in Fayette Township when he lost control of his vehicle and left the roadway, causing his vehicle to roll where it came to a rest in a ditch. Stamm received minor injuries. Stamm’s vehicle had disabling damage and was towed from the scene. Stamm was cited for Failure to Report an Accident, Non-Registration of his vehicle, Failure to Keep a Vehicle under Control, and Illegally Loaded Firearm in his Vehicle.
