New Dialysis Facility in Platteville

Grand River Medical Group- Tri-State Dialysis, a leading provider in kidney care and dialysis services has finalized construction on their new facility in Platteville, WI. Tri-State Dialysis has been providing dialysis and kidney care to Platteville and the surrounding communities since 2000. The new unit located at 5 Insight Drive, next to Honkamp will continue to provide hemodialysis services to its current patients in a bright, modern, and spacious new location. The new unit became operational on Monday. Hemodialysis is a process that removes waste from patient’s blood by removing it from the body and sending it through a machine to remove impurities before returning the blood back to the body.  In people with normal kidney function that happens naturally. The group will celebrate their new location with an Open House at the new site just off US Business Highway 151 on Insight Drive, on Wednesday, December 6 from 4:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., this event is open to the public.  The new unit will be open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. In addition to the new dialysis unit the property will also have additional medical space available for the group’s future growth.
