Benton Man Arrested For 3rd OWI

A man from Lafayette County was arrested for his 3rd OWi offense Wednesday night around 6pm. 27 year old Scott Fink of Benton was arrested on Highway 81 in Elk Grove Township for his 3rd offense of Operating While Intoxicated, Tampering with an Ignition Interlock Device, and Endangering Safety with a Dangerous Weapon. Fink was taken to the Lafayette County Jail where he was booked and later released after posting bail. Fink was also cited for Possession of THC, and Speeding. Lafayette County EMS assisted at the scene.
