Car VS Deer Crash Involves Woman From Blanchardville

Shortly before 5pm Monday, Deputies with the Green County Sheriff’s department responded to Highway 81, in the Town of Jordan for a car versus deer crash. An investigation revealed a vehicle operated by 50 year old Lizette Brunker of Blanchardville was traveling eastbound when a deer entered the roadway and collided with her vehicle. Brunker reported non-life-threatening injuries, was wearing her seatbelt, and the airbags deployed. Brunker’s vehicle sustained functional damage and was driven from the scene.
