Southwest Wisconsin Library System Hires New Director

The board of the Southwest Wisconsin Library System has named its new director. Angela Noel has been hired as the new system director for Southwest Wisconsin Library System. The system oversees behind-the-scenes work to support all public libraries in the five-county region, including Grant and Lafayette counties. Noel most recently served as the director of the Dodgeville Public Library. She also teaches courses to librarians-in-training through University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Information School.
