Drunk Man From South Wayne Driving UTV

A man from South Wayne, 50 year old Mark A. Boelk, was arrested for OWI (Operating while intoxicated) First Offense following a UTV Accident. Authorities were notified just after 8 pm Saturday Night of a UTV that was traveling on County Road “W” in New Diggings Township when Boelk left the roadway, striking a tree and a well endcap before being ejected from the vehicle. He reported no injuries. Benton Fire, Benton First Response, Hazel Green EMS and Lafayette County EMS assisted.
