A deputy with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department responded to Water Street in Benton for a domestic dispute around 7:40pm Tuesday. As a result, 35 year old Rachel Foley of Benton was arrested for Domestic Battery. Foley was taken to the Lafayette County Jail where she was booked and later released after posting bond.
