The Richland Center City Council will seek answers regarding the departure of several employees. The council voted unanimously in support of a motion to approve a law firm to do personnel investigative work to understand why the city has seen the loss of several employees in recent times. Law firm, Linder and Marstatt will do the work. City officials said the cost would be covered by insurance in an effort to improve the work environment and the retention of employees.
