Police said one person was possibly injured after a two-vehicle crash Wednesday. 21-year-old Blake A.J. Send of Epworth, Iowa, complained of pain but was not transported for treatment, according to a Dubuque Police Department crash report. Sendt was driving westbound on Dodge Street at about 7 p.m. Wednesday when he started slowing down as he approached the traffic light at the intersection with University Avenue. 25-year-old Timothy S.
