On Monday at 7:20 AM Lafayette County Deputies responded to Highway 11 in Gratiot Township for a two-vehicle accident with injuries. 39-year-old Ross M. Krogman of Winslow was traveling eastbound on Highway 11, in his semi, when he struck a vehicle, operated by 20-year-old Savanna R. Wood-Kendrick of Rock Falls, IL when she failed to yield right of way at a stop sign. Krogman reported no injuries. Wood-Kendrick was airlifted to UW-Hospital for injuries that were sustained in the crash. Both vehicles received disabling damage and were towed from the scene. Gratiot Fire, Gratiot First Response, Green County EMS, Lafayette County EMS, UW Med Flight, and Wisconsin State Patrol assisted.
