East Dubuque woman cited for hit and run

On Wednesday at 5:41 PM 5:41 PM A Lafayette County deputy responded to Buncombe Rd in Benton Township for a hit and run. As a result, 38-year-old Kelly A. Mitchell of East Dubuque was cited for Failure to Maintain Control and Hit and Run Causing Property Damage.
