A felony charge of criminal damage to property with a hate crime modifier was dropped as part of a plea agreement with one of the brothers involved in a fight in August 2024. According to online court records, 20-year-old Anthony Drapeau pleaded no contest to two counts of misdemeanor disorderly conduct in connection with the incident. A judge accepted his plea and found him guilty. Drapeau was ordered to complete one year of probation. As part of that probation, he must pay $370 in restitution, be employed full time or be seeking full time employment, and he may not have contact with the victim of the crime. Drapeau’s brother Christopher Logan Drapeau, who was also charged in connection to the fight, is scheduled to be in court again at the end of the month.
