Cuba City School District leaders will hold two listening and question-and-answer sessions related to an operating referendum on the April 1 ballot. The district is asking voters to approve a five-year, non-recurring measure that would increase operating revenue by $900,000 in the 2025-2026 school year, $1.3 million in 2026-2027, $1.5 million in 2027-2028, $1.7 million in 2028-2029 and $1.9 million in 2029-2030. The ballot measure would provide for a 2.5% staff pay bump. The sessions will include an informational slide show followed by a community Q&A. The first session will be held at 6 p.m. Monday today at the Dickeyville Community Center and the second at 6 p.m. March 17 at the Cuba City Middle/High School library.
