On Monday at 11:09 PM 25-year-old Chiara A. Flowers of Lancaster was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI-1st Offense) on Highway 81 in Darlington Township. Flowers was released to a responsible party. Flowers was also cited for Speeding and Possession of Open Intoxicants. Flowers’ passenger, 19-year-old Leandra S. Childress of Elgin, IL was cited for Possession of THC.
