A trial date has been set for the owner of Tyrol Basin who was accused of battering a teen without a pass on Feb. 24. Online court records show the trial for Nathaniel T. McGree will begin on June 18 at 8:30 a.m. McGree was charged with disorderly conduct and battery. Staff had asked the teen to leave and he reportedly complied. However as the teen was walking away, McGree and another staff member allegedly followed him off the property and physically assaulted him.
