Dickeyville man injured following one-vehicle crash

On Wednesday at 5:40 a.m., the Grant County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a one-vehicle crash on S. Main Street in Dickeyville. When the deputy arrived, he learned 44-year-old Chad L. Genthe of Dickeyville was traveling south when he reached down to grab a water bottle, and the vehicle drifted to the right and crashed into a utility pole and telephone box. Genthe’s vehicle sustained disabling damage and had to be towed from the scene. Genthe received minor injuries but refused EMS.
