Wisconsin woman injured in two-vehicle crash in Dubuque

Dubuque Police said one person was injured in a two-vehicle crash in Dubuque. 56-yerar-old Rosemere Mellenberger of Benton was transported by private vehicle to UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital for treatment of her injuries. A Dubuque Police Department crash report states that on Saturday at 1:20 PM 48-year-old Erin E. Rigby of Dubuque was driving west on Carter Road when she failed to yield at a stop sign while attempting to turn onto John F. Kennedy Road. Rigby collided with Mellenberger who was traveling north on JFK. Rigby was cited with failure to obey a stop sign and failure to provide proof of financial liability. Mellenberger also was cited with failure to provide proof of financial liability.
