The person who died after allegedly stealing a vehicle out of Sauk County and driving to Grant County has been identified by the Grant County Sheriff’s Office as a Madison teenager. 19-year-old Preacher Paul Tribble was pronounced dead at the scene after being involved in a one-vehicle crash on Highway 61 in the Town of Marion on April 26. Tribble lost control on a curve and entered a ditch. Tribble had not been wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene. The Sauk County Sheriff’s Office notified the Grant County Sheriff’s Office that the vehicle was allegedly stolen out of their county.
