One hurt in Dubuque County crash involving tanker truck

Authorities said one person was injured when his vehicle rear-ended a tanker truck in Dubuque County. 48-year-old Seth R. Ettleman of Vinton, was transported by ambulance to UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital for treatment of his injuries. According to the Dubuque County Sheriff’s Department, Ettleman was traveling north on Highway 151 approaching North Cascade Road in Cascade at approximately 10:15 a.m. April 30, when he rear-ended a tanker truck operated by 46-year-old Adam C. Einsweiler of Galena. Einsweiler’s truck was driving at approximately 35 mph in the left lane and preparing to turn left onto North Cascade Road at the time of the collision. Ettleman was cited with following too close.
