On Thursday at 11:47 AM 73-year-old Bruce R. Hess II of Cuba City was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated (1st Offense) on W Water ST in Shullsburg. Hess was transported to Lafayette County Jail where he was released to a responsible party. Hess was also cited for Operating Left of Center. Shullsburg Police and Lafayette County EMS assisted.
