A woman from Fennimore, 46-year-old Donna Levins has been arrested on two felony bail jumping charges. Fennimore police on May 2 were asked to respond to local convenience store for a report that two women were intoxicated and asking people for a ride home. Authorities saw Donna Levins standing outside the store. She was in possession of two cases of beer and admitted she had quite a bit to drink. It was found that Levins was out on bail from previous arrests and a condition of her bond was to maintain absolute sobriety.
